Sugar and Kush Snickerdoodle Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients:

*1 Bag Sugar and Kush Cookies in Snickerdoodle
*¾ Cup Sugar
*⅛ tsp Salt
*3 tbsp Cornstarch
*4 Cups Fat Free Half and Half
*2 Large Egg Yolks
*3 tsp Vanilla Extract
*1 tsp Sugar and Kush CBD Oil in Vanilla (Optional)

Directions:

1 - In a large saucepan, combine Sugar, Cornstarch and Salt.
2 - Slowly add Half and Half. Stir until well mixed.
3 - Over Medium Heat, gently bring to a boil. Continuously stir until thick - about
2 minutes. Immediately remove from heat.
4 - Stir in Vanilla Extract and Sugar and Kush CBD Oil and mix.
5 - In a Large bowl, add ice and water. In another bowl, pour in mixture and place on top of ice bowl to gently cool mixture. Stir continuously for about 2 minutes.
7 - Cover ice cream mixture with plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
8 - Remove from refrigerator and pour contents into an ice cream maker.
9 - Scoop out ice cream and place in between two Sugar and Kush Snickerdoodle Cookies.
10 - Enjoy!

Sugar and Kush Mint and Brownie Froyo

Ingredients:

*2 Cups Vanilla or Plain Greek Yogurt
*⅓ Cup Almond Milk
*¼ tsp Mint Extract
*3 Drops Green Food Coloring
*¼ Cup Honey or Agave
*1 Scoop of Mint and Chip or Vanilla Protein Powder
*1 Bag of Sugar and Kush Brownie Bites
*Kitchenaid Stand with Ice Cream Bowl or other Ice Cream Maker

Directions:

1 - Freeze Mixing Bowl for Kitchenaid Stand.
2 - In a large bowl, mix together: Greek Yogurt, Honey, Food Coloring, Almond Milk and Protein Powder. Mix well.
3 - Turn Kitchenaid on Slow and add ingredients to Frozen Bowl.
4 - Slowly mix for about 2 minutes, then add Sugar and Kush Brownie Bites and continue mixing for another 8 - 12 minutes or until a soft serve consistency is reached.
5 - Enjoy immediately and store remaining froyo in freezer by covering bowl with plastic wrap.

Low Carb Slow Cooker Apple Pie

Ingredients:

*10 Peeled Granny Smith Apples. Core Removed.
*3 tbsp Cornstarch
*1 tsp Lemon Juice
*1 Cup Water
*2 tsp Cinnamon
*1 tsp Ground Clove
*½ tsp Nutmeg
*1 tsp Vanilla Extract
*⅓ Cup Stevia
*15 Drops of Sugar and Kush CBD Oil

Directions:

1 - You will need a small to medium slow cooker. Spray inside of Slow Cooker with Butter Flavored Cooking Spray or Coconut Oil Spray.
2 - Peel, Core and Slice Apples and put in slow cooker.
3 - In a Medium Mixing Bowl, pour water and add cornstarch. Mix until dissolved. Add Stevia, Spices, Lemon Juice and Sugar and Kush CBD Oil Drops and gently mix.
4 - Pour liquid mixture over the apples. Stir Apples to evenly coat in mixture.
5 - Set Slow Cooker to Low and cook
for about 2 ½ Hours or until slightly soft.
6 - Let apples cool before serving.

Sinful Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

*¾ Cup Plus 2 tbsp Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
*½ Cup Granulated Sugar
*1 tsp Baking Powder
*¼ tsp Salt
*1 tsp Baking Soda
*⅓ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
*½ Cup Light Brown Sugar
*1 Lightly Beaten Large Egg
*2 tbsp Canola Oil
*1 tsp Vanilla Extract
*½ tsp Sugar and Kush CBD Oil in Vanilla or Hazelnut
*½ Cup Black Coffee
*Confectioners Sugar for Topping

Directions:

1 - Bring Oven to 350°F. Using Cooking Spray, coat a 9 inch round Baking Pan.
2 - In a Large Bowl, whisk together: Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Cocoa Powder.
3 - Mix in Buttermilk, Light Brown Sugar, Egg, Canola Oil, CBD Oil and Vanilla Extract using an electric mixer. Mix on high speed for about 2 minutes, then add hot coffee and continue mixing on medium speed until fully blended.
4 - Evenly pour batter into Baking Pan.
5 - Bake for about 30 minutes or until an insert toothpick comes out clean.
6 - After removing from the oven, let cake cool on a cooling rack and dust with confectioners
sugar.

Ultimate Brownies

Ingredients:

*1 Cup All Purpose Flour
*¼ tsp Baking Powder
*¼ tsp Salt
*4 ½ tbsp Unsalted Butter
*½ Cup Plus 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
*1 ¼ Cup Sugar
*15 - 20 Drops of Sugar and Kush CBD Oil Drops in Vanilla
*1 Large Egg
*2 Large Egg Whites
*8 Marshmallows - Quartered
*⅓ Cup Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
*(Optional) ⅔ Cup Chopped Pecan or Walnuts

Directions:

1 - Preheat Oven to 350°F. Coat bottom of 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray.
2 - Whisk together Flour, Baking Soda and Salt in a small bowl.
3 - In a small microwave safe bowl, gently bring butter to a hot liquid consistency. Remove from microwave and pour into a large bowl with Sugar and Cocoa Powder. Mix well.
4 - Next, Add Eggs, Egg Whites and Sugar and Kush CBD Oil. Mix until glossy and smooth.
5 - Take dry ingredient mixture and stir together with wet ingredients in the large mixing bowl. Continue to mix ingredients well until a smooth glossy finish is achieved - about 1 minute.
6 - Pour mixture evenly into Baking Pan.
7 - Evenly distribute Marshmallows and Bittersweet Chocolate Chips to the top of the batter. If using Pecans to your recipe, sprinkle Pecans on top as well.
8 - Bake for about 25 - 35 Minutes or until ingredients on top are golden brown and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
9 - Remove from oven and bring to cool before serving.
*Baking note: A glass baking pan will take longer to cook than an aluminum one. Adjust accordingly.

Decadent Chocolate Gelato

Ingredients:

*2-14oz Cans of Light Coconut Milk
*15 Drops of Sugar and Kush CBD Oil Unflavored or Vanilla
*1 tsp Vanilla Extract
*½ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
*¾ Cup plus 2 tbsp Sugar
*2 tbsp Cornstarch
*⅛ tsp Salt
Directions:
1 - In a large bowl, whisk together 1/2 Can of Light Coconut Milk and Cocoa Powder until
mixture is smooth. Add Vanilla extract and Sugar and Kush CBD oil. Set aside.
2 - In a medium saucepan, mix Sugar, Cornstarch and Salt over mediu
m heat. Slowly mix in the
remaining Coconut Milk.
3 - Using a wooden spoon, continuously stir mixture paying special attention to the sides of the pan to prevent burning. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-2 ½ minutes while stirring constantly.
4 - Pour sauce pan ingredients into the large bowl and whisk all ingredients together until well blended.
5 - Leave bowl mixture to cool for about 45 minutes.
6 - Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours.
7 - Using an ice cream maker, pour ingredients in to create gelato.
8 - Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

*1 Cup All Purpose Flour
*⅓ Cup Sugar
*¼ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
*2 tsp Baking Powder
*½ tsp Salt
*2 tbsp Canola Oil
*½ Cup Nonfat Milk
*1 Large Egg, Beaten
*¾ Cup Brown Sugar
*1 tsp Vanilla Extract
*15 Drops of Sugar and Kush CBD Oil in Vanilla
*¼ Cup Pecans cut in Halves
*1 ⅓ Cup of Hot Coffee

Directions:

1 - Preheat oven to 375ºF. Evenly coat an 8x8 baking dish in Cooking Spray.
2 - In a large bowl, mix together: Flour, Sugar, Cocoa, Salt and Baking Powder. Stir Well.
3 - Slowly Combine: Egg, Soy Milk and Canola Oil into your dry ingredients. Stir ingredients until combined.
4 - Spread cake mixture evenly into Baking Pan.
5 - In a separate bowl, mix together: Brown Sugar, Hot Coffee and Sugar and Kush CBD Oil. Let the mixture come to room temperature, then pour on top of batter.
6 - Bake for 25 Minutes or until cake is bubbling and edges are pulling away from the sides of the
baking pan.
