Hemp Oil Popular Around the World
When people make the decision to take control of their lives and start a healthier lifestyle, it requires them to take an inventory of wants and needs. You want to get that extra hour of sleep or watch television after work, but your body needs a good workout. You want to eat an entire bag of chips, but you need a salad. What about pharmaceutical drugs? How do we properly apply the analysis of the need for drugs prescribed by doctors?
For many people, certain prescription drugs are absolutely necessary to keep them alive. For others, the risk of addiction is so great that having certain prescriptions in their home is dangerous. This is where CBD products come into play when pharmaceuticals don’t seem like the best option.
To be clear, CBD products are not recommended as a replacement for any prescription you are taking or have been prescribed by your doctor. You should consult a physician before adding something like CBD oil to your daily regimen for any reason. These products are not intended to replace or supplement anything you are currently taking. More research is needed to discover the full potential impact of CBD, but what early results show is that CBD does have the potential to help people.
Much more research is necessary to understand if CBD gummies or any CBD products can help with certain medical conditions or dependencies. Some people are trying it out for themselves to see it can help. When industrial hemp was legalized in Italy, some opted to try CBD instead of prescriptions.
The “unintended consequence” of legalizing cannabis “uncommonly rich” in CBD in Italy became known as “do-it-yourself medicine,” as a trio of researchers who published their findings through York University in the United Kingdom found. Where light cannabis was available, prescriptions of “opioids, anxiolytics, sedatives, anti-migraines, antiepileptics, anti-depressives, and anti-psychotics” all dropped. As the researchers wrote, “we find that the arrival of light cannabis in a given province led to a reduction in the number of dispensed boxes of anxiolytics by approximately 11.5%, reduction of dispensed sedatives by 10% and a reduction of dispensed anti-psychotics by 4.8%.”
While additional research is necessary, the future of CBD in the medical and science fields is promising. We know that as humans we have an endocannabinoid system (ECS) that responds to exogenous cannabidiol introduced into the human body. We do have a limited understanding of how the ECS and CBD work synergistically together and because of this understanding many are hoping the verifiable science becomes available to back up what some feel they already know.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved Epidiolex, a CBD oral solution for the treatment of seizures associated with epilepsy. It is possible that more drugs like Epidiolex are on the horizon, or additional uses for CBD oil may be discovered and approved.
Sugar and Kush CBD drops are third party tested and come with a lab report verifying purity and THC levels. We strongly urge you to consult a physician before proceeding with putting your own CBD regimen together.
