Will CBD Help Stressed Out Millennials?
Share
We all have those friends, you know the friends that are constantly stressed out, but too busy to do anything about it. Some are legitimate movers and shakers, and I totally get their stress, frankly I don’t know how they do it all. Others are just like me, except they are way over the top with the drama. When I say “just like me” I mean people that are parents, focused on their careers, into fitness, and people that still manage to have a good relationship with their significant others. Then there are the people who we are just not sure what they do, or how they could possibly be so stressed out. They will be the first to tell you they need a stress free night out.
For millenials, things are different for many of us than it was for our parents and the generations before us. So many of us are trying to juggle careers, family, and a social life. So what do we do about all this stress, how do we deal with it all? For me the answer had to be natural and readily accessible. Massages are great, but you can’t just put a massage table in the middle of a conference room after a presentation goes sideways. We know the prescription drugs have their place, but they often come with side effects that can be more stressful than the everyday issues that push us over the edge. And this is where we welcome pure CBD oil to the party.
“Meanwhile, getting into an argument with a partner was the second greatest source of stress for participants overall, but nearly 1 in 5 agreed that getting zero “likes” on a social media post is a more stress-inducing experience. One-third feel that having their phone die is a more miserable scenario than seeing a fraudulent charge on their credit card bill. (For good measure, the researchers found that the average remaining-battery percentage for when millennials begin to feel stress is 23%.)”
Sometimes we just need a chill pill. We need to be able to step away from the smartphones, laptops, and trust that the family can avoid burning the house down if you opt to rest your watchful eye. Those illusive chill pills for me are my Sugar and Kush CBD gummies.
So how do you use CBD oil or 500mg CBD gummies? You need to be aware of what legitimately stresses you out. Is it work? Is it certain people? Maybe, it’s traffic. No matter what it is, you need to know your stressors. Once you’ve identified your stressors and when they are likely to occur, make sure you are prepared. Have your 25mg CBD gummies in your purse or bag.
What are the side effects of CBD oil that you should be concerned about? Everyone is different but I have not experienced any side effects like nausea or dizziness personally. There is no THC in isolate CBD drops, gummies or edibles. Therefore it will not get you high, so you don’t need to worry about that. Just make sure to steer clear of the path of the crazy train.
Next time the cell phone won’t stop buzzing, traffic is bumper to bumper, and no one you’re talking to seems to have a brain, take a step back, take a deep breath, and try a CBD gummy or two.
