Their entire plan is to reduce a product’s quality as much as they reasonably can to stay just out of range of regulatory reparations. By doing this they can cut back on the cost of goods and production until they hit a bottom line. Without rules and oversight, who knows just how far down they can push quality? The last thing consumers need is generic CBD for sale before they are even able to see the best the industry has to offer.
What ties directly in with mainstream acceptance is access. Increased access on the one hand is a good thing because we believe that many different people can benefit from using products like CBD gummies. It’s easy to make the connection that CBD in big stores will follow that same pattern. The Post has learned that top executives at major chains such as Walmart and Target have been quietly meeting with makers of drinks, gummy bears, topical creams and oils that are infused with cannabidiol, or CBD. The chains, which also include big supermarkets such as Kroger and Safeway, are requesting samples of CBD products, along with lab results and pricing information, manufacturers said.
CBD in big name stores is something that is good in terms of acceptance but consumers still need to be smart. Just because you have easier access, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do your due diligence with something you’re putting into your body. Just because a product is conveniently at the local grocery store you shop at, doesn’t mean the product works or does what it says. CBD products work differently for everyone, but you should know what is in the products and their level of purity.
